"This is a very cute cottage. Having your own beautiful back porch facing the Bayou with everything you need. The private dock is a sweet treat. It is extremely convenient to all the activities and restaurants downtown. The fishing on the pier was fun and they have lots of really nice people that live in Cedar Key."

"Musty damp room, rust on all metal surfaces, floors very dirty never mopped? towels dingy & had stains, walls had damage not properly repaired, old mattress with coil springs not comfortable, no apparent upkeep of property needs complete remodel, hire people to clean rooms, would not recommend this property , maybe a 1 STAR rating. "

"Room wa ok, but our neighbors on both sides sat outside thier rooms to smoke. The pool was in no condition to swim in, and the hot tub was closed."

"Clean room, air conditioning works properly, location is on the island, within walking and biking distance of the downtown area. People were very pleasant and helpful. Nice downtown beach with a playground for the kids. Pelicans and birds. Dolphins seen off the pier swimming playfully. Tall ship was in the area. Cedar Key is working diligently to bring back the downtown area that was devastated by the 2024 hurricane."

"This is the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation! A beautiful spot on the river with convenient dock and boat ramp access. The host is so accommodating and quick to respond. The house had everything we need and more. I highly recommend for boaters looking for a quiet escape. "
