"My husband and I stayed Memorial Day weekend. I enjoyed everything about hotel blue. The cleanliness, the staff, the quietness and the fact that it’s an adult only hotel. They even have a small happy hour from 3 to 7pm in the lobby. There’s a rooftop pool but it wasn’t open yet. I would definitely book another stay."

"The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting & definitely not large enough for sleeping.I would definitely stay here again but would suggest they change there listing to sleeps 4 & change the living room furniture to something more comfortable."
