"The host was responsive. The place was neat clean and had every amenity. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I would go back!"

"Great location close to everything the kids wanted to go and do. Easy drive to the Lewes Beaches. First time we stayed here, but not our first trip to the area. Will book again if available for our yearly vacation."

"Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable."

"This property is well cared for and that shows in the hospitality of the host. House has everything you need! Close proximity to the pool and pier make fun days for kids! Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, shops, etc. 100% recommend!"

"Our family of 11 loved the house with its big open spaces and plenty of room for our family. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you could need. The owner, Mike was very responsive and accommodating of our needs. The walk to the beach, Dairy Queen and into downtown Lewes was very easily made with our 5 grandkids aged 5 to 18 months. Our family also really enjoyed the pool and the screened in deck/porch on the main floor. Thanks for the memories!"

"Checks every box!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Steve even let us know the unit was ready ahead of schedule. I would recommend this property."

"This property is a great place to stay. It was quiet as it is located at the back of the property so you don't hear Rt 1 noise. It was clean and decorated beautifully and had everything there you might need. Highly recommend and will be booking early next year so I make sure I get this property!"

"Very clean and well appointed. Private and quiet setting, convenient to area points of interest (beach, etc.). Gracious and attentive hosts! The pool and fire pit are great features."

"The place was clean and very nice. I would recommend bringing wash clothes (2 at house), additional kitchen trash bags and toilet paper. These items were very limited. However, I would not hesitate to rebook and will be in the future. I may consider renting a beach buggy for future stays."

"Awesome"

"First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole...

"One of the cleanest and most nicely decorated VRBO homes we have been to. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend."
