"Location was good, the outlets and a convenience store were close by. It was walking distance to Edgefield but doesn’t mention it’s along a busy road with no side walk. It was an okay stay. Not great for the price. It was like staying in a closet. No outside airflow so it was very stuff and smelled heavy of fresh construction. "

"The condo was just perfect for our extended visit for a family wedding at Edgefield! It was very well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Nahush provided everything we would need, and more. We had an immediate need upon check in and Nahush took care of our request quickly. The condo was a half-mile walk to Edgefield through the concert field opposite Halsey Street from the end of the road. We also walked to the little village of Troutdale, the outlet mall, and the Troutdale Station Food Truck establishment, each about a mile away. We never had an issue parking on the street. The proximity to the Columbia River Gorge, waterfalls, etc. is fabulous. It is about an hour's drive to the Mount Hood area. It is an easy 15-minute drive to PDX. There are not too many restaurants nearby but we did like the Black Rabbit (at Edgefield), DiPompello (in town), and Sushi Ninja (238th St and Halsey St.) the best. The Troutdale Station food trucks are great. It has 20 food trucks, a bar, and multiple other kiosks, massive indoor and outdoor eating spaces. Breakfast restaurants are hard to find, but we made our own breakfasts in the Condo."

"The house was more than enough space for the two of us and would have been a good option even if we had brought the 3 kids. It was walkable to the business and restaurant area of Troutdale, where we particularly enjoyed Troutdale Station food trucks and Wayfinder Brewing Company. There were condiments and coffee items ready to go (only a Keurig is available though, so don't bother bringing your own coffee) which is always a nice surprise. We were thinking it was a bit closer to the Sandy River so we would have a view or be able to hear the water... not really. Not a knock on the house, just an observation. It's easily walkable. My only suggestions would be to add table lamps to the living room and master bedroom. It would have been nice to leave the overhead bright lights off when we got up early in the morning and be able to turn off the lights at night without getting back out of bed. Small item and easily addressed. There were absolutely no issues getting into the house at the beginning of our stay and no onerous tasks to be done prior to leaving, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a very nice central location for experiencing multiple areas of Oregon. "
