"Excellent facility, clean and new. Very friendly staff. There was an impending ice and winter storm coming and I had to cancel a three day trip to Nashville and only spent one night. The manager was so kind and generous and issued me an extremely generous refund. I will stay here every time I visit Nashville in the future. HIGHLY recommend. "
