Property is an updated vintage motel. Has charm. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. On a Dead end at the waterfront. 20 min uphill walk to Artpark, 10 min to shops and restaurants. Good restaurant across from the motel.

Jill the manager, was very helpful at check-in! The place is clean and charming. Needs some repairs here and there. But overall a lovely stay in a great location, right across from the Niagara river, and a short walk into the charming main street of Lewiston.

The self check in process was awesome. They leave the office available for coffee and ice and water and everything you need is already in the room. 10/10 will stay again. Quiet neighborhood only 25 minutes from Niagara. Also 20 minutes from another park that offers swimming, biking, lighthouse and museum with access to Lake Ontario.

Our experience was excellent. The location is wonderful and convenient . It is situated across the river with nearby restaurants and bars. It is a very quiet location. The rooms and beds are very clean. The parking is easy. This is probably the best place to stay in Lewiston. The staff is extremely accommodating and attentive. The rental manager, Jill, was able to provide an early check-in and was extremely accessible for any questions. Do not shy away from staying here due to the unmanned front desk, it is very easy to get in touch with the hotel staff. I would definitively stay here again. I usually stay at big chain hotels but I definitely enjoyed the personalized attention we got at the Riverside Motel.

The property was well cleaned and located across the street of Niagara river gorge. Just 20 mins drive from Niagara Falls State Park. Many beautiful and scenic state parks like Devils Hole State Park, Whirlpool State Park are just 20 mins drive. I enjoyed my stay there and would like to visit again if plan to come to Niagara Falls State Park.

The check-in was smooth and the room was clean too. Everything was super convenient. Only thing to mention is the shower curtain wasn’t that sturdy, it fell down while i was pulling the curtain before shower. Luckily it didn’t hit my head.

Kind of what we expected, outdated. Had to us extension cords as outlets were few and not in the right place. Shower leaked pretty bad. No cabinets in the bathroom, blinds broken in a small area. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Floors were nice and clean

We stayed at the Riverside Motel for our son's lacrosse tournament nearby. The location was great, close to everything, but not in a congested area. It was less than 15 Minutes to the tournament and about the same to Niagara Falls. The room was clean and cozy, slept like a rock with the AC on, no disturbance. Parking is right out front and on a dead end street, so it felt very private. My wife and I could sit outside and have coffee while the kids slept in. The town is great as well. You can walk to any restaurant of your choice, and there are plenty to choose from. There's a park area and ice cream right down the street overlooking the river. We will definitely stay there again, next time we are in the area!

Could be ok for a single traveler but not for a family. We were traveling with 3 adults, so here goes. Room is very, very small, there are practically no electrical outlets not already in use, no dresser or chest, no counter in the bathroom, we had one nightstand and some homemade looking stand on the other side of the bed, there is literally no place to put anything. Definitely decorated in early garage sale. Price seems great until you calculate the total cost and the inconvenience of the small with limited furniture and electrical outlets room. With the breakfast we bought the next morning our total cost exceeded staying in a nicer hotel with breakfast. One bright spot was the outdoor seating which was pleasant and relaxing. Bottom line; imo, do the math and find a better hotel with real amenities and breakfast for around $200 USD or so, you can thank me later.
