"Cozy. Not fancy, but totally functional for our needs. Would have been sweet to have a few more bath towels and wash cloths for our 4 day stay, but we made do with what we had. Pretty convenient to everywhere we needed to go for this celebratory weekend."

We had ages 24-95 and all were comfortable as we enjoyed celebrating a graduation from The University of South Carolina. I have only 2 constructive comments: watch out for the kitchen faucet, it needs to hand misaligned so that the user doesn't get drenched; there is an apartment overhead and the walking noise is noticeable. If I could make two suggestions, put thicker curtains or blinds on the windows in the main room... very difficult to watch TV with the afternoon sun coming in behind it. And the blinds in the bedroom are broken, would recommend replacing them... its just a cosmetic thing :-)"
