"Upon checking in to our room. The staff member who was helping us tried to gaslight us into believing that all HILTON hotels do not offer a complementary breakfast. We know that this was a lie because we have been staying at many HILTON hotels during our trip, and this was the first one that didn’t offer breakfast. It was a wild conversation, and the messaging from this manager was incredibly frustrating. Our room configuration was kind of weird. But it was spacious and clean. It would’ve been nice to have more than two towels though."
