Roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Beds and pillows were good. Nice kitchen and large appliances. Could use more utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom otherwise well stocked. Close to university and downtown. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to book and good communication with host. Would stay again.

Don’t think about it, just book it. Great home base for a Lexington visit. Everything matches to pictures, plenty of space, clean and comfortable and convenient location. Hosts were easy to reach and followed up when needed. Highly recommended.

We felt right at home! My daughter spent most of her time in the basement tv room. Very quiet area and was in a good location for our needs. Very well stocked with toiletries. Coffee pods available and even a couple of snacks. Cozy place that is much bigger than it looks. Great host!

We recently stayed at this freshly remodeled house and were very impressed. Located just a short drive from the University of Kentucky campus, it was perfectly situated for our visit. The main living room/communal area had comfortable seating, good natural light, and a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and fresh.

Was a perfect location for me & my family. We were in town for a wedding held in Richmond, with family to visit in Georgetown. This was the perfect middle location. Plenty of room for the 4 adults & 3 dogs. We each claimed a bedroom and the dogs enjoyed being out to go out to both the front & backyards. I would highly recommend. The host was amazing in answering all of my questions and it was obvious how much time & money he had put into the interior of the property.
