Looked nice but needed to be cleaned a bit better. It was very noisy, doors slamming and ice machine was VERY noisy! Front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us.

Wonderful hotel and people

From check in to check out everyone was friendly. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was large with plenty of room. This is a great place to stay.

The staff was great except for housekeeping. I couldn't understand what he was saying. Also, my room wasn't vacuumed. I know because there's a piece of a leaf just under the desk. It's been there the whole time. I do like that they accept pets. There's plenty of parking. Overall, good.

Perfect stay

Four family couples on the Bourbon Trail as part of a family reunion stayed at the Frankfort Hampton. From check in to check out, the stay was enjoyed by all. We made use of the spacious lobby for gatherings in the evening. This Hampton is very clean, modern and comfortable. I intend to make this a hub for future trips in the area. The staff is friendly and the property reflects high standards in maintenance and cleanliness.
