We arrived late into our reservation. The hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast had many options suitable for many diets. Best part, the pool opened early and our kids were THRILLED. PS, the fitness center is 5 star for a hotel gym. There are several cardio machines and equipment for CrossFit and other workouts with two racks of free weights. Everyone in our party found something to be excited about.

Clean quite and comfortable!

Very clean quite comfortable. I’ve had similar experiences every time that I book a stay in no matter what city or state. Breakfast is a treat to enjoy.

Hot night sleep, hotel certainly dated

We got in around 10p after a long, hot week, spent all day outside at the Kentucky Horse Park (90 degrees +). We looked forward to a cool room and a nice shower. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't keeping up. No thermostat in the room, but felt like it was close to 80 in the room. Thought a cold shower might help while air conditioner was cooling room down, only to find no shower gel in the shower.... We gave the room an hour to cool down, but it didn't much at all. At that point, we had showered, opened suitcases, etc. We decided to just suck it up and sleep in the warmth. It wasn't worth moving rooms or bringing our concern to staff that late at night. All staff, during check in and check out were very kind and hotel was clean. Breakfast was okay as well.

Needs Maintenance

Room seems a little run down. Smelled like food. One pillow smelled of perspiration. There was a small loose piece of baseboard lying on the florr. Staff was helpful and friendly. TV channels were limited. Wifi was a good but a little confusing to access.

Standard Hampton experience, always great. Check-in was easy and staff were courteous and helpful. Price was lower than expected, but this is because the property is currently under renovation. That didn't bother us but be aware that this location is out dated and under construction while still being open. Pool and pool area were large and clean and we enjoyed a quick swim. Breakfast met our expectations and the free bottles of water at the check in counter were appreciated.
