Great space

We have family in the area we visit a few times per year. This is the second time we have stayed in this property and it was a wonderful experience. The home is well decorated, clean and has very comfortable beds. We will rent it again!

Great time at The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The guide sent ahead was a great help. If you need a place in the area I would definitely recommend.

Great property!

Our family stayed at this house while in Lexington for a family wedding. It was a perfect option for our group, ages 68-1. The location was perfect with ample parking, the house was clean and supplied with everything we needed! Seth was a wonderful host! We will definitely choose this place again if we return to the area.

We had a great stay at this property! It was a lovely home with everything we needed! It was clean and, had plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed having the hot tub! Seth was great about checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything! He also gave some wonderful suggestions on where to eat! I would highly recommend this property!

Great house!

This property is exactly as described. We stayed there for our son's wedding and had plenty of room for a large group of family and friends. Seth did a superb job of anticipating ALL of our needs. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want during a short stay.

Great location

This property was perfect for our family. Quiet residential area, lots of room for guest and lots of convinces around. Loved the updated interior with classic charm. My kids found a fantastic park just a walk down the street so that was a bonus. We only spent 3 nights but we're in a good location so drive to the Arc, the mammoth caves and Louisville. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot

The house was perfect for our group. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. The house was spacious with modern appliances and decor and the beds were comfortable. The front of the house could use an update but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Thanks for being a great host Seth!

This Place is Amazing!

My wife and I (and we had 2 friends stay one night) came to Lexington for a few days and were thrilled with this home. The pictures are such a great representation of the place! This could be a great place for a large family gathering, and everything about it is so well maintained and lots and lots of room! Great area and close to Distillery District, UK and everything. Hot Tub in back is fantastic.. Seth was so good and welcoming...A definite winner!!

Pleasant Stay

My 2 brothers, sister and brother-in-law and I were in town to visit relatives. Our time was spent away from the rental with relatives. We went to bed shortly after we got home and left shortly after we got up. Everything seemed to be great. Basement toilet runs for awhile after flushing. Beds were comfotable.

Perfect for three couples plus some!

We had a wonderful time in Lexington and the home was just what we needed for three couples. Each had a king bed and bathroom to call their own and there were even extra beds in case anyone got kicked out of one! It was an easy, enjoyable ride to the distilleries in the area that we were touring with plenty of options for dining. The best was the big kitchen table perfect for six people playing cards! :) Seth was an communicator before and during our stay.

Perfect for a large group, excellent customer service!

This is such a beautiful property, well maintained, sparkling clean, and the owner was just wonderful. He sent many pre-stay messages which outlined everything - check-in, how to contact him during stay, nearby restaurants and grocery stores, etc. We had 11 adults and a teen, ranging from 14 to 84 years old. This rental had it all - room for everyone to gather around the table; kitchen for several cooks; bedrooms and baths on ground floor for those with difficulty with stairs. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, close enough to walk to coffee shops and UK campus, and less than 1/2 mile to a lovely disc golf course. Will definitely stay here again when in Kentucky!

Great location for all the fun Kentucky offers

We stayed as a family of 8, the house worked for us. As a side note, the downstairs cools a lot faster than the upstairs & it gets cold down there. While we were there we visited mammoth cave, Louisville slugger, the gorge underground, Abraham’s birthplace & childhood home, the original KFC & the Cumberlands gap. It was a great trip with lots of memories made.

Great home and great location!

We had a small family group get together for the weekend in Lexington for some disc golf and visiting. Our stay was just as advertised: easy, clean, and inviting! The location was just perfect for our weekend plans, and the house was exactly what we needed to give everyone their own space.Communications with the host were friendly and helpful, though we needed no help to enjoy the beautiful home.The whole group agreed that we will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in town!
