"I had a wonderful stay, the room was clean , beautiful and the staff was very polite and helpful!"

"It was terrible from the get go. The AC squealed so loud it felt like you were on a tarmac waiting on a plane to take off. We had a sound machine for our toddler and when turned on at full volume, you still couldn’t hear it over the AC squeal. It made it worse that the AC couldn’t actually get it cool. We were sweating so much none of us had a single blanket or sheet on us. You could feel every spring of the mattress which created a lot of discomfort when trying to sleep. The pillows were in terrible shape as well and you needed about four of them to finally feel like your head wasn’t laying straight on the mattress. We finally gave up around one o’clock and packed all the kids in the car and made our way to the Holiday Inn which was night and day different. "

"This was a comfortable and clean spot for my road trip - right off the I-75, with wonderful amenities, huge windows and a delicious and bountiful hot breakfast. I will definitely stay there every time I pass through Georgetown, Kentucky! Thank you for the kind and safe haven after a full day of driving! "

"The breakfast menu was very basic. Not healthy but it was something to eat. The parking was safe and well lit. The staff was minimal but friendly. I would stay again for the budget rate."

"Was suppose to check in at 3:00 , didn't get in room till 8pm. Bartender was cussing and dirty dishes all over bar when I got there. I walked up sat down in a stool, he ask me what I wanted. I said can you please clear all these dirty dishes and wipe down the bar first. I called room service for water, waited hour and had to call back for water. Hall ways need to be vacuumed , people yelling, screaming and running through the halls all night. No refrigerator in room, remote to tv was very hard to push to change channels ,finally gave up. Entrance of the hotel was nice, but the hotel is not up to standard for what I paid a night. Will never stay again. I asked for a receipt for my stay they said I'd have to get it from Expedia , charges on my check card that I have no idea what they are."
