Custom-built, 3-level, 7-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home in a secluded cove at High Rock Lake with a massive gameroom, private dock, gym, movie room and a beautiful and large koi pond.

The detached 3000 sq ft gameroom includes a racquetball court, pool table, ping pong table, full-size kitchen and an additional full bathroom.

Outdoor features include a bocce ball court, stone patio, fire pit, gazebo, and plenty of nature.
