Town home with private garage

  • Beautiful town home in convenient location to downtown, chevy chase and UK. Pay half than what you would pay for at the nearby downtown Hyatt or Hilton and get much more amenities. It is within walking distances to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It has an open floor plan on the first floor, small den and a large master bedroom. 1,500 SF in size. It has a private garage with entry connected directly to the first floor as well as a small private fenced back yard. The unit has a walk in tile shower as well as closet space for hanging clothes. A 85" TV is in living room! Please NO parties or get togethers per HOA guidelines.
