Beautiful town home in convenient location to downtown, chevy chase and UK. Pay half than what you would pay for at the nearby downtown Hyatt or Hilton and get much more amenities. It is within walking distances to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It has an open floor plan on the first floor, small den and a large master bedroom. 1,500 SF in size. It has a private garage with entry connected directly to the first floor as well as a small private fenced back yard with gas fireplace. The unit has a walk in tile shower as well as closet space for hanging clothes. A 75" TV is in living room!

The house was wonderful and Jason did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome. There was a curb pulling into the driveway, so we just parked in the nearby parking lot. It was convenient, but not as convenient as parking inside the garage. Overall, we had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place and location

Perfect place and location for our visit to Lexington. Close to downtown and walkable restaurants. It was also great to be able to visit nearby smaller towns with an easy access location. Neighborhood is friendly and safe.Jason always responded quickly and kindly.

Great Property and Experience

Jason’s place was perfect for us. We were in town for a debate tournament at UK. The home was perfectly located to the University, restaurants, walking paths all the way to downtown. It was perfectly clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and then some. The host communicated everything clearly and check in/check out was a breeze. We’ll stay here again next year if we get to compete in the tournament again.

Extended weekend getaway

I decided to do a long weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday. This townhouse was perfect for us. It’s close to restaurant, Rupp arena, and to far away for some distilleries. The property hosts is very responsive on a few questions that I had. I would stay there again if we are in that area.

Lexington Disc Golf Tournament

Place was just as pictured, very clean and accomadating. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would've liked to use the outdoor grilling/seating patio but weather did not permit that. Reasonably priced, we would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Great location, comfortable digs

We stayed here for UK Freshman drop-off. The location is walkable from downtown, campus, Chevy Chase, etc. Loved having a garage spot while our SUV was loaded for drop-off. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Check-in/out was a breeze. Will stay again.

Hidden Gem

I adored this place. Our hosts were communicative, and simply thought of everything. I was impressed at the accommodations, and the manual had so much information. Plus, the neighbors were quiet and made the whole atmosphere feel safe. This is a hidden gem and I will stay again if I come back to Lexington!

My husband and I wanted to visit the Bourbon Trail and this place was the perfect location! It was very spacious and the book of detailed instructions/things to know was very helpful! We had to reach out to the owner and he responded right away. We were very happy with our choice😊

This home is in a quite subdivision in the perfect location, close to downtown and UK,short drive to Keeneland and all the great restaurants. Beautiful home, very comfortable bed and furniture. My new go to for the Keeneland Spring Meet!

Great Location, Great Property, Great Host & Very Fair Price!

This property was exactly as advertised! The location for our stay was perfect! Less than 1.5 mile to everyplace we wanted to go (UK campus, Kroger Field, Chevy Chase, and Downtown). Nicer and less expensive than hotels in the area. Host was prompt and very easy to work with. Check in and out could not have been easier. All good in this review!

First, the positive, it is in a good location for exploring Louisville. The pricing seemed good. You have access to three bathrooms. There are two big screen TVs. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. Now, the bad. The place is someone’s home, not just a rental. His clothes and food, all his personal items are in the home. The place is not clean. Sure, the bathrooms had been cleaned, but……. Every glass or spoon I took out of the cabinet was not clean. The dishwasher was dirty inside. The kitchen counters were not wiped down. Inside the refrigerator was very dirty. The back patio was so bad I took pictures. There was clover growing on the cemented patio. It was definitely not usable. It felt like I was staying at my bachelor brother’s house, not a VRBO.

Convenient, nicely appointed place

This property was absolutely perfect for a long weekend visiting my son at UK. Having the garage door openers was sooooo helpful especially when it was raining. Very quiet, great patio and nice decor. Will def have this saved for future visits!
