SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Jackson
5/5 Excellent
"The lobby and breakfast area was clean and welcoming. The employee, Sagar, was super helpful and friendly throughout the evening! Our group of 4 played cards in the breakfast area later and he even offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee. There were apples on the table for a snack, and he even us a taste of his supper, which was a foreign cuisine to us, and smelled so good. It was from a restaurant that was within walking distance. We had eaten at another place across the street called The Old Country Store. Had Ruby’s Cafe and 2 other places beside it to eat, including an Olde Ice Cream Shoppe. Gift shop and Candy Store! Walk around Casey Jones Train Museum and his old house, and many other shops to visit around it. I would stay there again just to have more time to walk around that area. Busy intersection and lots of traffic, (only bad comment) but even had a TRAIN, up on a Telephone pole. lol
New management, at least the one we met, is doing a great job! Oh, and the pool was even open and clean. The free breakfast was a hot buffet too. Different hot items throughout the week, and always waffles.."
