"The room was beautiful and very very clean, towels and bedding were nice and fresh as well. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the property. We had dinner at the attached restaurant and had the sweetest waitress ever, I’ve never wanted to be friends with someone so bad! The hotel bar was also a great time, many good people in high spirits from the fun bartender. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Plus the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave them."

"The property itself and the buildings are unique and very well maintained with several areas to relax with comfortable chairs and couches. A very warm and inviting atmosphere. They have a tap room where you can get snacks and drinks and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Very clean and the room was spacious. We even had a little area to sit outside of our room on chairs. The shower is in a separate room so you can close that door and get ready without the humidity that usually occurs. Nice staff members and check-in was easy."

"I was able to check-in a little earlier than 3PM and all the staff (front desk to housekeeping) were so friendly and helpful. The room is well appointed and cleaned daily; used towels replaced by fresh ones without having to I ask. Great buffet breakfast ! Only disappointment being the outdoor pool was closed despite it being 80+ and sunny outside."

"Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was in a parking garage across the street from the hotel. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Uptown Normal and ISU. The Starbucks located right around the corner from the front desk was extremely convenient."

"The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel really needs some upkeep in all areas. The pool was closed and the elevators were out of service. The breakfast was okay but again, everything needed some attention in the lobby. Not terrible,but some sprucing up is in order. I guess I got what I paid for because it was substantially less expensive than surrounding properties and I was glad I could find a room on a busy weekend for under a hundred. I did get a good night sleep, however because the room was fine. That was the most important thing."
