"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The bar near the lobby was exceptional, not only for ambiance, but also for the high end cocktails and service provided. We also enjoyed the roof top bar. We will come back on our next visit."

"Phone service to front desk or guest services would say “invalid Extension”. Had to go downstairs to get towels and ice and to find out about checkout. No signs in room about checkout. We were never told. Many dehumidifiers. Smelled slightly musty. It is a restaurant more than a hotel. The check in desk is where to pay for meals. Hotel guests come in second. Poorly managed. Poor business model. You are fending for yourself as a guest. Tub showers extremely slick. I slipped. Injuried my leg. Could not reach the front deck to find the ice. "

"The condo is so cozy and it’s just adorable! We came to Lexington for the KHSAA boys basketball tournament at Rupp Arena so we were wanting to stay somewhere close to that. We got here and couldn’t believe how close we were! From the condo balcony you can see Rupp directly across the parking lot! We parked the car upon arrival and haven’t had to drive anywhere! Communication with the owner was immediate and they were extremely accommodating!!! I highly recommend this condo! "
