Step inside to find a house that oozes charm appeal with its period properties, elegant furniture and welcoming touches throughout. The ground floor is home to the lounge, kitchen/dining area and a cosy little snug. At the heart of the spacious lounge is a roaring wood burner within a feature fireplace. With exposed beams, original wood shutters and comfortable seating, this room is a lovely little retreat. In addition to the lounge, there is a separate snug complete with TV, wood burner and DVD player. The traditional farmhouse kitchen is a bright and airy space offering everything you'll need and more. Rustle up some hearty homecooked food before enjoying family meals at the oak dining table. You'll find all three bedrooms on the first floor, each boasting access to its own private bathroom. The master is home to a super king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms are home to super king-size beds with en-suite bathrooms, both with a feature bath to sink into of an evening.

Outside is equally as impressive as inside with the extensive grounds boasting a huge enclosed garden, perfect for summer picnics and making the most of the great outdoors. There's also a pretty sheltered patio to make use of. If you're lucky, you might even spot some of the local wildlife, from pheasants to wild deer.
