"Staff - lovely / friendly Check in- quick, staff great Room - clean - a little odd layout (due to age of building) - like sloping ceiling - high window - but fine for a short stay. Breakfast - excellent and constantly being refreshed Great value for money - especially if pre-booked Spa - nice / clean -wasn’t busy when I used. Gym- limited equipment- but had sole use when I visited - so great, but may need to wait for equipment at busy times. Overall - can’t fault for the money "

"Great little pub with rooms. Food was very good for dinner and for breakfast. The staff were wonderful. We had to stay an extra night to due to circumstances and they managed to put us up again. All the staff including the cleaners were very friendly but super professional. Beds were comfy and the showers were great. Would recommend"
