"I last stayed here 12 years ago before this time. The hotel seems to have grown, but still has the same quality and luxury feel. The only negative is we were given the wrong room at check in, but it was quickly resolved."

"The hotel was very close to some nice places such as a little cafe on Jałowego, the Galeria mall, and the Rzeszów square. I could walk to these places in about 10-15 minutes. There are two bus stops on the property which was also very convenient. I actually didn’t need a car my whole time in Rzeszów. The little ice cream shop in the outlet mall next to the hotel was very nice, and the lady working there was very helpful. The staff was friendly and made checking in and out very easy. The room itself was very clean. I had no complaints about the room other than the AC. I informed the staff that I could hardly feel the air, and they said they would send someone to look at it. When I came back that evening, the air was blowing a lot stronger. "

" We had a good stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a clean bathroom. The on-site restaurant and spa were standout highlights. The pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we chose the hotel for swimming for the kids. On the plus side, all staff were very friendly and polite, which greatly enhanced our experience. We’d consider returning if the pool is available next time."
