Vacances très agréables

Nous découvrions la region pour la 1er fois, la propriétaire est charmante, très attentionnée pour le bien être des locataires. On se croirait chez soi dans cette location, cuisine hyper équipée, la décoration est réalisée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme, la literie est très confortable, la maison est d'une propreté impeccable. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. La seule chose qui nous a manqué c'est le beau temps, beaucoup de nuages gris, température basse pour un début septembre, pluie. Nous y retournerons en espérant que le beau temps nous accompagne. Merci à M.Claude pour son accueil chaleureux.

Séjour du 14 au 28 Août 2021

Maison spacieuse, pièces bien distribuées...Vraiment très bien équipée par rapport à la capacité d'accueil (1 salle de douche et 1 salle de bains, 2 toilettes, nombreuses chaises et tables, sans compter les ustensiles de cuisine au complet ! ce qui est très rare....). Places de parking sur le terrain clos et commerces à proximité (5mn de marche) très appréciables... Nous avons pu profiter du noisetier et des 2 figuiers et bien sûr de la piscine (au top avec une température extérieure autour de 30°)...Propriétaire disponible, qui a prévu la rénovation (bienvenue) de la cuisine et de la salle de bains ...Très bon séjour au calme avec un bémol pour la fin de la 2ème semaine (reprise d'activités de l'aérodrome). Location à recommander.

La maison est très agréable et très facile à vivre ils y a tout se dont ont a besoin , et la piscine est top. situé proche de tout commerces . Les propriétaires sont des gent très réactif et agréables . Donc si vous cherchez une jolie maison dans une très belle région tenues par des gens a l'écoute et agréables surtout n hésite pas vous avez trouvé la bonne maison .

Un bon séjour entre amis

La maison est très bien, nous étions 9 jeunes adultes, il y a assez de places pour dormir et la maison est bien équipée. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, la proximité des commerces est agréable et la piscine fait vraiment du bien. Le seul problème était la chaleur, pas de climatisation ou de ventilateur et il fait bien chaud la nuit mais pas de regrets, nous avons tous passé un bon séjour!

Très jolie villa, propre, bien entretenue, joliment fleurie, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour à dix personnes (nous étions 6 adultes et 4 ados). La piscine est suffisamment grande et profonde pour nager. Le quartier est très très calme. La villa est idéalement située entre la magnifique citée de Carcassonne et les plages (20 minutes en voiture). Tous les commerces utiles sont à portée de main (supérette, pain frais tous les matins, pharmacie...), Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa, que nous aurons plaisir à relouer si nous retournons dans cette belle région. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. Nous recommandons cette location à tous.

"Maison spacieuse et bien équipée sur un terrain de 800 M2 avec une belle piscine.Environnement calme mais situé en bordure d''une zone commerciale. La terrasse n''est pas abritée ce qui nous a empêché de déjeuner dehors. Le descriptif fait état de deux lits simples, hors il s''agit plutôt de deux lits d''appoint ne pouvant accueillir un adulte.La maison est donc adaptée pour 8 personnes."

"Estuvimos en la casa estas vacaciones. Ideal para ir con niños algo mayores. (La piscina no tiene profundidad para niños pequeños). La parte del jardin muy bien cuidada. Equipada con todo lo necesario".
