"San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent."

"Perfect place to base yourself for exploring both the town and the surrounding the Basque region. The Apartment was just right for a couple and the two Bikes were just great for exploring the town. Having a washing machine in the apartment and the Supermarket, Chemist and Bike tracks adjacent was great. "A lovely apartment, about 25 mins walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz. The accommodation was excellent (we provided our own towels and sheets) and communication with the owner was good. We had one small issue while we were there, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and expected. Thanks very much!"

"Walkable to everything! We never used a taxi and hiked 2 mountains, went to the beaches, used the playground, went to a soccer game. Beautiful apartment and perfect location."

Virginia is a super host, she reached out with details before arrival, was very responsive and flexible, she even stopped by to help turn on the heat when we asked for help. Virginia offered insights for visiting around the area, and all recommendations were great. Had very enjoyable stay there. Highly recommended."

"Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar oben, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll."

"We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"Fantastic location in the heart of Biarritz with shops, restaurants, beaches and transport links in close proximity by foot. Spacious apartment easily accommodating our family of four. Host kindly left some beach toys and umbrella to use during our stay. Check-in and check-out process was in-person, smooth and very friendly. "A cracking property! We loved the location; close to Les Halles (food market), the petit plage, shops, restaurants, all within 5/10 mins walk. We also loved having a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the sea. The 17m pool (heated at end of May!) with sun loungers was also awesome!"

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
