"We stayed for three nights at the Radisson Collection, and overall it was a good experience. We didn’t have breakfast there, but we did have the buffet dinner, which offered all kinds of seafood, sushi, and traditional Chinese food. They also had beef, chicken, lamb, and several salads. The buffet included desserts as well as alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer.
For the price, we highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we can’t rate it five stars, as the service still needs improvement for a hotel under the Radisson brand. A lady called Alice, who was in charge of the dinner buffet bookings, was very rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. Besides that, we had a good experience overall at a reasonable price.
The hotel is also close to a nice boulevard full of restaurants, Starbucks, and convenience stores. It’s roughly 30–40 minutes from The Bund with traffic when using DiDi, which is very cheap."
