"What a great place for a much needed getaway. The house is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice! Very cozy but large enough that we had space to ourselves. We spent the days at the beach and the evenings on the deck. The beach is just a short walk down the street. Be sure to bring a canopy or beach umbrella. We were there the first week of June. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and the people were all very friendly. I would give Brenda 10 stars if I could!!"

"This place is perfect for our needs. Secluded away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for any activities. We had deer and turkeys in the yard daily. Also saw elk from the back patio. Hopefully plan on staying there for years to come."

"We have now stayed at the Evergreen Motel 4 times. Every time we go the check in process is quick and efficient. Matthew and David have done such a wonderful job updating the property and the rooms are adequately decorated. The price is not bad at all. As long as they own/run the Evergreen my partner and I will keep coming back. Two thumbs guy!!"

"The room was small but served my purpose. It was clean and had plenty of room to put my clothes. The only negative thing the window curtains were thin and let the morning sun in. "
