"Virgin Hotel Edinburgh was excellent. Located close to most attractions and restaurants. The chamber room with terrace was spacious and unique.Only con was the long trek with bags up stairs and long corridors to get to the room as there was no direct access. Overall this is an exceptional hotel with great service. We will definitely visit again. "

"Really super hotel, will stay again. However, some staff at breakfast were not well trained. Rather brusque, no idea how to serve at the table. Banging plates down on the table, collecting plate from the table by leaning over from one corner to another. Also housekeeping excellent on 3 days, poor one one. Will definitely stay again but only had breakfast there on one day due to the poor service"

"Easy to find and plenty of parking. Staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were great. Full Scottish breakfast was delicious. There was some renovation work going on, but only within social hours. Excuse for my teenager to get up 😉"
