I booked this VRBO in August and paid in full at the time of booking. I did Instant Booking and messaged briefly back and forth with Teri. I saw the note in the Virtual Key to let the host know when we were arriving, so I messaged Teri the day of with our travel plans.
2 hours before we were leaving, Teri let us know that she didn't know how we were able to book & that the house wasn't available. She never responded to my follow-up messages nor...

"We had the best time during our stay! Everything was absolutely top notch… the owners communicated very well, the home was beautiful, the inside was clean, and the farm was amazing!! We loved seeing all of the animals and we enjoyed the serenity of the farm! We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area and we highly recommend staying here. "

"My wife and I spent over a week in the Galaxy tree house while visiting family in the Briar Chapel neighborhood. It was perfect for us. The house is neat and clean and has a huge bathroom. It was nice to be so close to our son and daughter-in-law’s house and also have our own private retreat. We also loved the solitude of the location - amazing to have this and also still be close to grocery, shops etc.
Host is also super responsive and helpful!
Highly recommend and I’m sure will be back. "

"Great stay at the Beehive cottage. Clean good space. Only minor suggestions: it would be nice to have a couple of folding luggage racks on site and maybe get a narrower headboard in bedroom to provide a few more inches of space at the foot of the bed as that area is very narrow and difficult to walk around.
