"The GOOD: Checking in was a breeze, the location for what we needed was excellent and the living spaces where comfortable and cozy. The BAD: The outside of property was not well kept and the seating outside was not what was portrayed in the pictures. Deck was a bit sketchy and table and chairs where dirty as was the window sills on the inside of cabin. The UGLY: The basement was wet and musty and smelly (like cat piss). Would not allow anyone to go down because when you open the basement door...

"The room was clean and had an incredible view of the ocean and breakwater. The front staff was very friendly. I found a great spot to eat within walking distance. Some of the fixtures and furniture were outdated, same with hallway carpet and elevator. The shower water was cold and never got hot. Otherwise, I definitely paid for what I got and I’d probably even stay here again. "
