"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The deck was very enjoyable for breakfast, dinner and just hanging out. The property had everything we needed but I would suggest that they have coffee available for at least the first couple of days. We did have a lot of trouble getting the master room bathroom fixture to work. There need to be instructions or the fittings need to be replaced with more modern ones. "The place is PERFECTION! It is was everything we needed and more. Location, location, location! It sits right by the water. We had a pleasant stay, we took out boat out there and enjoyed it so much! The place looks new and was very clean. Plus, David answered all our questions. I would rate this place 10 out of 10! Side note: if you plan to take groceries for your stay, buy them before you arrive, the nearest grocery store (Heb)is about 20 minutes out. "

"We enjoyed our stay, and the pictures don't do the views justice. The amenities at the Beach Club were also a great benefit. We found the restaurant to be good, and the staff was extremely nice. Even the pool had an amazing view, and we saw lots of deer! Only thing keeping the review from a 5 was an interaction with the property manager on the first day. My wife asked for the wifi password, and I got an impolite text about not reading the full check-in instructions."
