"The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. "Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
