We rented a car and had to park it outside up the road leading in to St Emilion. Breakfast basic . The owner said we could only come to eat at 9 am ... We overstayed our time in St Emillion...5 nights. I would recommend no more than 2.."

"A wonderfully-quiet but charming and well-situated gem in central old Bordeaux. The room was small but beautiful and had everything you would need. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and proactively helpful, allowing us to check in early when we asked to leave our bag. The only downside I would mention is that the en suite toilet is of the 'wall-mounted' (rather than floor-mounted) variety and apart from being extremely unstable, creaked awfully when sitting on it, which made both of us very self-conscious."
