"Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Man kann dort auch gut wandern. Allerdings waren die Lokale in der Umgebung nur von Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Somit haben wir in der Woche lecker in der Schwarzbeerschänke gegessen."

The hotel is more like an upscale gasthaus. Lovely dining area for breakfast and attached restaurant for dinner. The staff were friendly, helpful and always available. The rooms are plain and roomy. Small bathroom but very adequate. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was large with enough beds to sleep 5 people. Everything was clean and free breakfast was excellent and there were lots of options to choose from. Loved that this was just a short walking distance to Sonnenlandpark so we kept car in the hotel parking lot and walked into the park.
It was tough finding a parking spot at night when we arrived as the lot was pretty full but managed to park on the side of the patio. I would definitely stay there again if going to that park.
