"The water was cold in all three rooms we booked. No one came in to replace or clean the bathrooms, and they didn’t have any toilet paper available, so we had to go to Walmart to buy some. The card keys were terrible and a struggle to open the doors every single time. Additionally, the rooms smelled like urine. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The pull out sofa was broken so they compensated us with a free room. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Will definitely stay there again. "

"When I first arrived after driving from Texas, I was assigned a dirty room and had to be put in another room. The elevator took at least 30 seconds to close every time and did not have a close button nor was there an inspection sticker visible. I purchased a suite which came with a living room area with a kitchen, attached restroom and another room with a bed and restroom. The suite has two doors to enter and exit from that rarely worked. Almost every time I left the room my key card wouldn’t work for either door and I had to get my key card reprogrammed more than once. I made sure my key card started separate from electronics the entire stay, but I still ran into this issue. Even one of the front desk staff tried her and there was no luck. Maintenance came to try their card and that didn’t work either, so my son and I had to wait even longer for maintenance to get a physical key to unlock the door. On the first night when I asked any a refund I was just told only the last night would be refunded and if I started the process it would take at least a week or two because the hotel manager “isn’t good with staying on top of those type of things”. My son and I were already tired due to a long trip, so I just decided to stay and make the most of the experience of witnessing his father graduate from Army basic training. The worst hotel stay that I’ve experienced."

"1. When I arrived, there were a large number of flies, many dead on the floor but many alive. My body count was 17 the first night, it never really stopped. I could not figure out how they were getting in. I'm a country boy and expect some lady bugs and flies but really? Everything else was clean and orderly. Everything needed was there.2. I never did get the door lock to work. A key was provided to assist. "

"This house was cozy, well stocked and very clean. We loved the outdoor back porch, fire pit and log cabin beauty of the home. There were also a ton of games for the kids to play and lots of extra blankets for cold nights. We would love to visit again!"
