"This was our 3rd stay at Vigna Licia & it was just as we remembered it. Great accommodation, fantastic views from the balconies/terraces & an overall superb experience. Pool is essential in hot weather & was well used. Licia, our host, is lovely & Eli the caretaker is always helpful. Explored more of Rome on this visit. "A very large house available for exclusive use. The owner of the facility is a very nice gentleman, frendly, helpful(he drove us around the area in his car, showing us what are where it is) He drove us and then offered to take us to the supermarket.The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfectly connected to the center of Rome. "Uns hat die Ferienwohnung zu 100% überzeugt. Das Haus ist schon älter, aber alles ist sauber und neu. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb mit Marmelade, Nutella und Keksen begrüßt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls top. Die Liegen konnten jederzeit genutzt werden. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Innerhalb von 50 Minuten waren wir am Colosseum. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen."

"We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were wonderful - Incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. They were both very helpful in offering helpful travel advice for the local area and Rome itself. The flat was perfect with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Romes surrounding areas. The train station is just 10 mins drive and 25minutes into Rome. We definitely hope to stay again!"

"This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The owner was super helpful in helping me get to Ariccia, and she had managers on site to help as well. The area was great for going on leisurely walks and dropping into cafes. The view from the top level condominium was excellent and it is very quiet up there. It was great!"

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming.
