"They did not communicate well. Took 24 hours to get clean towels. Each time I called they said the towels were in the laundry. It took 24 hours to wash towels. They were delivered to our room at 10pm at night, after we already used hand towels for our shower and reused sandy beach towels. There is no housekeeping. Needed to call to have garbage emptied and sand swept up"
