"wonderful location just off the main pedestrian shopping street. Very close to subway. Easy check-in and I liked electronic key on my phone. Also, they provided not only shampoo and body wash, but also hair conditioner, which I appreciate a lot! I liked how it smells! Kitchen has enough plates and utensils for two people. My suggestion, however is to add corkscrew and bottle opener, they will come handy."

"When we booked they did not make us aware of renovations that were going on as well as not having a functioning TV although there was one in the room. The construction was very loud and the room is not noise proof. It was also hot in the room and the AC did not work. I would not stay here again!"

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again"
