"We stayed here during the June '26 heatwave. While there was no air-conditioning in the room, we were comfortable. The restaurant was cool and food (dinner and breakfast) over the two days was wonderful. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but access to dispensers in the lobby."

"The hotel staff were super friendly and the hotel is very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, the emphasis is on vegetarian food and there are lots of options available. The hotel is located next to the main A12 road so handy for a stopover and we didn't hear any traffic noise from our room. Walking it's about 15 minutes to the train station. "

"I pre-booked Tuesday to Friday and paid when I checked in, this is not really fair as my flight was cancelled and I had to leave a day early but no refund was given. Payment should be made on check-out like all other hotels"
