"This is a large chateau. The owner has been restoring the property for over 10 years but it is still work in progress. He is an excellent cook and the in house dinners are a good choice. The breakfast was good. The bedroom was large, clean and very 19th century French. Lovely polished wood floors. Large grounds around the hotel. Free parking."

"We flew here from the United States for our daughter’s wedding. The property radiates historic charm, but has some modern updates, most notably the showers. Great pressure and temperature control along with space to move around. The grounds are beautiful! The reception was held adjacent to the hotel in an enclosed room that nicely accommodated the 60 guests. The staff is conscientious and friendly."
