"Nice but good selection is limited"

"Two weeks ago, I used Hotels.com to book two rooms: one for 2 adults and 2 children, and another for 2 adults. However, when we checked in at the LAI Hotel on December 27, the staff informed us that they do not have family rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. As a result, we were forced to add an extra bed to each of the two rooms (splitting into 2 adults + 1 child per room) and had to pay an additional USD 80. I believe Hotels.com should have verified the room capacity with the hotel...

"The place was clean and the staffs were great. I called to let them know that I was going to check in a bit past the allowed time and they were very nice about it. Check in was fast and easy as well."

"We chose this hotel close to the airport for the convenience of getting to the airport on the last day of our trip. The shuttle advertised did not show hours and we were told it stops running at 7:30 AM when we arrived. The beds were made, but had a drop of what looked like fresh blood on it, which made us think they weren’t changed before we arrived. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly."

"Clean and spacious rooms within walking distance of the airport (though you may never have to walk as the taxi ride is very cheap) The hotel is clean, quiet and perfect for a layover before an early morning flight. "
