"The beach view was great. The beachfront has impressively nice sand and it was so nice to have the sand and the river right out the back door. The two living area PLUS the screened porched gave lots of space. Great view from inside and outside. Well appointed with kitchen and bath supplies.We stayed over New Years and recommend the location even for a winter get away since the views were so nice. Great base for locations to state parks. "

"This home was so peaceful and had everything you would need to host a great party. It was organized with so many wonderful touches- Xmas tree on the counter, clean organized kitchen, very friendly owners, great instructions so there was no need to ask anyone how things worked or where things were. Unpreventable were the burrs but we were warned. Kayaks were fun and thank you for life preservers. Only wish would be new beach furniture- lounge chairs and new umbrella to set between the chairs. Then you could picnic on the beach. I give our stay a 5 star rating. Xmas was very relaxing esp with my family close in the neighborhood."

"The house is great, even better than the photos. It was perfect for our group plus super clean and great condition. Home layout was convenient for our family. The amenities were perfect; pool gameroom, well appointed kitchen, kayaks, paddle boards were just some of the luxuries. They thought of everything. Plus, the management team was outstanding and replied immediately to any of my questions. 10 out of 10 for the home, host and amenities."

"Outstanding home for a family gathering. The big open kitchen connected to the living room and play areas was really perfect for our special family week (Thanksgiving and 50th wedding anniversary). We loved the big back patio with the fire pit, grill, corn hole, pool, and view of the amazing sunset. We went kayaking on the lake and took family photos on the big lawn. All the rooms had comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We made Thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked kitchen (three refrigerators is a real bonus). Plus there was plenty of parking for all of our family members traveling from around the state. Hosts were excellent at communication and accommodating our needs."
