Terrible and rude
The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com ...
