"We had our wedding at the palazzo and stayed there 4 nights with friends and family and it was perfect! The palazzo was very spacious with more than enough room for our party of 15. Each floor is its own apartment with bedrooms, a living space, kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean and well kept, and the garden was beautiful and blooming with roses during our stay in mid May. One thing to note is the village where the palazzo is situated is very remote. We tried to call taxis for transportation at first but there were only two individual drivers in town and they were often not available. We ended up needing to rent cars to get to and from the train station and nearby town. The property host, Mirella, was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her enough for helping make our wedding day so perfect! We were in communication for almost a year beforehand, as she helped me plan so much of the wedding. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. She set up the arrangement of tables and chairs for the ceremony and dinner, helped me arrange the wedding cake, got me in contact with an officiant, and the list goes on. She truly went above and beyond. Mirella also cooked our wedding dinner for us and our 23 guests and it was incredible! Course after course of authentic and delicious Italian food! We were so full by the end of the night we could hardly eat the cake!If you are thinking of having a small destination wedding or family trip in the mountains of Italy I highly recommend!"

"We had a large group of friends holiday with families. We rented the entire accommodation. It was clean and tidy and a great location. The views are amazing. A good communal area so we could all be together for cooking meals. The pool area was beautiful and clean. You do need a car for access as it is quite tucked away in the mountain. Local shops and supermarket were easy to drive to. A day trip to pisa/lucca were easy aswell. Overall a great stay and no issues at all. The hosts also popped in and were very pleasant to meet. "

"A Perfect Tuscan EscapeWe had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. It was perfectly suited to our family, with spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms that made for a very comfortable base. The outdoor spaces were particularly impressive—plenty of room to relax, read, or simply enjoy the peace, with several little sun traps, offering a new favorite spot every few hours.The pool was clean, well-maintained, and ideal for cooling off after the various activities we discovered through Friends of Tuscany including mountain biking, wine tasting, trips to various towns and villages and a wonderful lady who came to the villa to teach us to make ravioli and cook for us. A major positive is the view. Looking out across the valley was like watching a living painting. As the sun moved through the sky, shadows flowed across the tree-covered hills and revealed different details of the villages and buildings tucked into the mountainsides. It was endlessly beautiful, and we often found ourselves just sitting and watching it change.A truly special place to unwind and enjoy the magic of Tuscany."
