It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "This Hotel was very overpriced for starters. $500 Australian a night we should of received five star and a beautiful hotel. Instead we recieved a dirty very old hotel with a Sofa that was that bad it was replaced upon request. All cooking utensils, wine glass ( that's right glass) and pans were in such a condition that they were also replaced upon request. We also found a jar of Marujana in a tea jar that need to be removed by staff. Only plus was the location. "

"The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "

"Appartement propre avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse ou encore la table à l'intérieur. Seuls le vis à vis avec les voisins les plus proches et un équipement plutôt pauvre sont à reprocher. Mais le prix est raisonnable au regard de ce qui est pratiqué dans la région."

"We loved our stay at Monica’s appartment. Super central, located next to the centre of Sestri Levante with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, train station just a few steps away. Nicely furnished 2-bedroom flat (BEST BEDS we’ve ever experienced!!) for our family with kids. And Monica was quickly available for any questions. We will come back!"
