I fell in love with this heavenly place so deeply , that I decided to buy an apartment here. Newly refreshed September 2021. Welcome to my charming Kaua'i home. From the walkway in front of my lanai, which overlooks the pools and has an ocean view, it is 150 paces to the sand of the beach.

The location is mesmerizing. A short 2 1/2 mile drive from the airport, you turn 'makai', ocean side, through a quarter mile arched arbor of banyan trees and enter the oceanfront world of the Kaua'i Beach Resort, a richly remodeled 4 star resort.

Here are just a few of its wonderful features:

*A priceless view of clouds and waves as they roll in from the ocean.

*Spectacular sunrise and pacific moon rise daily from your lanai.

*Simmons Beautyrest King firm mattress with motorized adjusting platform. High end cotton or Cariloha bamboo sheets.

*Full bathroom appointed with travertine stone and granite top vanity.

*LG 42" TV with local and expanded cable channels.

* Trane central A/C throughout the Resort

Resort use and access amenities include:
Front Desk and Bell Desk check-in services.

Wristband identifiers allowing you access to: the sand bottom beachfront pool, supervised 75' corkscrew pool slide, swimming pools with waterfall features, a water volleyball pool, two heated spas in grotto areas, outdoor tiki bar and lounge and, of course, access to a 3 mile sand beach and ocean.

Access to the resort's restaurants, bar and lounge, beauty spa, hair salon, workout room and gym, high speed wi-fi internet access throughout the resort and your apartment, a sundries and convenience store with a Starbucks franchise and ATM, a desktop computer access business center (if you must), concierge services for resort and island dining and excursions and tour reservations. (Strongly suggested! You must have reservations for the popular restaurants and tours available on the island).

For Clarity:

An Administration fee for front desk services and enhanced security services of $105 per stay is included to your payment to VRBO.
A cleaning fee of $125 is included to your to payment to VRBO.

There is a parking concession of $40 per night with+ tax, payable to the Resort by you at check out.

All your personal charges for activities, parking, food & beverage service, dining and pool amenities, group resort classes, et cetera are payable to the Resort by you at checkout.

Smoking... of any kind, is prohibited . Smoke in the designated outdoor areas only.. There is a $200 to $500 cleaning charge to remediate smoke odor.

The Resort apartments are not designed to vent cooking fumes. Cooking in the room is a fire code violation, subject to nuisance eviction.

The complex, grounds, and the unit are nice. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs and other assorted beach equipment. The bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful. Be aware, this area of the island is very windy & the beach is not for swimming.

Perfect Hawaiian getaway

My fiance and I wanted to stay near Lihue so that we were central to all of the amazing sites of Kauai! This was a stunning property and we loved staying here! Harold was wonderful to communicate with ahead of time and gave us many wonderful suggestions that we took advantage of! The room was beautiful and very clean. It was perfect for our stay and we would absolutely stay again!

Great Location

We had an amazing stay. The check in process was so easy. We took advantage of the hot tubs, spa, and restaurant on site. Parking was a breeze and short walk to our room.

Great stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kauai Beach Resort. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, snorkel and mask, and refrigerator. Harold did a great job communicating with us, was available when needed, and even allowed us to check in early. We would stay here again!

Rather than a condo as I understand them, it was a poorly furnished hotel room. I was specifically told that there would be at least a mircowave. (I enjoy going to local markets and cooking on vacation.) There was a coffee maker and a frig. There was only one chair in a room that was booked as 3 -4. We were told that the property would sleep 3 - 4. When I asked specifically about beds, i was told that there was a king bed and a chaise. I asked if the chaise made into a bed. I was told yes. When we got there, the chaise was an antique wicker 12 inches off the ground with less than 4 feet of flat surface (unsleepable for an adult.) Our host in his welcome email told us that the furniture was wood and asked that we not put wet glasses on it, but there was not a single coaster. We did have a lovely view of the pool area and could see the ocean from the lanai. Howevet, we were not told that we would be on the grounds of the P

Vrbo Kaui Beach Resort

This was our first time stay at this place for 2 weeks in Jan 2025. Our host was very helpful and responsive. The unit has a lot of extras accessories (beach chairs, coffee ,etc). The unit is nicely located in the complex Staff at the resort are really nice and 3 restaurant options to choose from Compared to other places this was a good value place and very convenient from/ to airport after a long flight . Only issue is 40 us per day parking cost Which seems very high . However other places who have free parking likely hide it in their resort fees so all things equal good value place we only rented car for 5 days in our stay so that could be an issue for some as your you canā€™t really walk to any shopping easily As advertised , in suite cooking options do not exist but we got by with good sized fridge and made it work . The Perfect Place for The Perfect Island

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! The resort itself was beautiful with super friendly staff. We spent a ton of time in the pools and hot tubs, woke up to see amazing sunrises at the beach, and were happy to use the gym and gas grills on site. The unit itself was super clean and the bed & pillows were super comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony and really appreciated that the host provided two beach chairs and a couple coolers for us. The host, Harold, was super communicative and even gave us great advice about the island. This location was super convenient, as it was centrally located between the north and the south sides of the island and had plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend!

Convenient Paradise

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. The pictures of the view are entirely accurateā€¦ Stunning. the room itself is nicely sized, and the owner was welcoming and engaging. Careful attention to detail was obvious throughout. The one caveat is the $35 per day parking feeā€¦ Which is not under the control of the owner.

Wonderful vacation on a beautiful island. Resort is in a great location to get around the island and extremely handy when you have to go back to airport. Room was wonderful, pools were warm and clean, had a wonderful view of the ocean.

Excellent condo and resort

This condo was exactly as it is advertised! Great view from balcony of pool area and ocena. Room was comfortable, and the refrigerator was good sized with a separate freezer compartment. The bed was comfortable, and the room was great for a vacation. There were plenty of towels and amenities for a short term stay. The resort is excellent with 4 pools, an outdoor bar, activities (lei making, hula class, ukulele lesson) and there are several "happy hours" every day. Check in was excellent, and even though the parking is somewhat expensive, we used the valet parking and it was great (also same price as self-park). The property owner is outstanding, and was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. The property is less than 5 minutes from the airport in Lihue, and we loved the location We would return to this condo any time we are back in Kaua'i.

Had a great trip to KauaibBeach Resort. It had everything you want including restraunts, bars, pools and great views. It's also on a beautiful beach. Room was clean and well kept andoverall very nice except for the door which was very hard to close.

Beautiful Kauai

Stayed for 2 weeks to really get a good feel of the island. Gorgeous. KBR is a nice resort. Itā€™s going through some maintenance but generally very clean. Great shower and comfy bed. The unit would benefit from more towels.

This rental was on a beautiful resort minutes from the Lihue Airport, but was so quiet and peaceful. The property grounds with its four pools and beach access was wonderful. The porch had incredible views, and you could hear the ocean. Harold was a pleasure. He was easily accessible and helpful in offering suggestions for outings. Beach chairs and towels are provided by him. Check in and out was easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the restaurant and the Starbucks on site. Had a great time here!

Nice resort, great view

Resort and amenities were nice (4 pools, one wading height for small toddlers was a huge bonus for us), 2 restaurants on site and small convenience store/gift shop. View from the room is beautiful for sunset and sunrise. Nothing within walking distance but everything you might need within 10 min drive, airport was only 6 min drive. Some beach gear like chairs and cooler provided in unit was a nice bonus. We were there in June and found resort was not crowded at all. Host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Resort staff was always friendly. Overall for quality of resort, restaurants on site, cleanliness of room, quality of room, Iā€™d say this is like any other 3 star hotel stay and was in line with the price you pay, a good deal compared to other resorts and Vrbos we saw on island!
