"I booked this hotel because I wanted a swimming pool and amazing service. I got neither of those. The service was only ok because I was traveling with a translator. My translator said if I had been by myself they wouldn’t be able to check me in. In China I expect this, but not at a 5 star hotel. Hotel room: after 2 hours of the AC on high the room was no cooler.
