"a nice hotel with good location. but it does not match up the level of its competitors. not really good services. 服务在丽江算比较差的，住了两家好的，这家真的就基本没服务。第二天我要去爬山半夜看到说要准备一个口罩，可能会扬尘，然后我早上等车的时候问了前台，前台头都没抬，说我们不停供。 问题是他们前台自己都有人带着口罩。 不提供也没关系，但是态度是真的不好。 酒店的位置和硬件都算不错的，但是服务真的是拉胯"
