The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful. I celebrated my wife's birthday there and they were able to get me a cake within one day. The concierge was an amazing woman she made sure that everything was going as planned. The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful.
