"I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Marie at reception were amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. "Parking at this place was difficult, as the desk clerk did not give me the proper information that there was an additional parking area which was not sign posted. But what I really didn't like is that I wrote to the hotel manager about this, and she hasn't yet replied. This is a bad sign! In addition, as the hotel is located very close to the port, trucks can idle just outside the back of the hotel while waiting to clear customs. This is really annoying, but the hotel cannot do anything about it, or so I was told. We would definitely not stay at this property again. No way. "

"The room was so tiny and there was virtually no storage space. Also quite warm in admittedly warm weather - the small fan was not adequate. Very limited (paid) parking. BUT our hosts were excellent as was the breakfast and the place was very clean. "
