The “disabled accessible” bathroom wasn’t really that accessible. The shower was over the bath! But there was a grab rail by the toilet. The room was mainly clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a bad smell probably from a blocked drain and the walls and sofa bed were grubby. It was good to have free parking and the use of a kitchenette. Also good to have the on-site bar.

Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa bed. You can open the windows if you sleep in the double bed room.

Review: Disappointed by Lack of Basic Hospitality I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired—especially in terms of service and hospitality. During our stay, we asked the front desk if we could borrow a lighter for our son’s birthday cake. Not only did they say no, but they didn’t make any effort to help or offer alternatives. When we suggested maybe the kitchen could help, the staff member replied bluntly that there was no kitchen available to assist. On our last day, we asked if they could help us send a postcard back home—a small request that most hotels are happy to assist with. Again, we were told flatly, “No, we don’t do that,” with no suggestion or offer of help. While the facilities may have been fine, these interactions left us with the impression that guest care was not a priority. We weren’t expecting luxury service, just a bit of friendliness and a willingness to assist with basic, common guest needs. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil, la chambre et le petit déjeuner. Malheureusement, l'hôtel reste très bruyant, de par son atrium central, dans lequel tout résonne. Dans la chambre, le bruit reste correct, mais pour peu que quelqu'un dorme sur le canapé lit, à côté de la porte de la chambre, le bruit sera trop dérangeant.

Le personnel de la réception était très très gentil, La chambre était parfaite, propre, hyper bien équipée (juste manquait une prise d'un côté du lit) Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, varié avec des viennoiseries, pains, des fruits (entier ou en mélange), yaourt, fromage, boissons chaudes diverses ,.... Le bâtiment est vraiment moderne, l'intérieur également On n'a passé qu'une nuit mais si on doit revenir à Lille nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation Merci à tout le personnel et à bientôt :-)

Super hotel ! Accueil parfait. Un peu cher mais l experience vaut le coup. Localisation ideal, à 30 minutes à pieds du stade. Deco tres sympa. L'hotel dispose d'un espace collectif convivial avec jeux, table de ping pong, etc. Qui donne envie d'y rester. Prevoir du temps pour en profiter !
