Despite having booked and paid for two rooms in March for September, three weeks before departure, I received an e-mail to say that they had overbooked and had cancelled my reservation. Just like that! If you go on a booking site and they say that there is availability and they take your money, that should be the end of it. They should honour your booking. Avoid like the plague.

Établissement d’abord tourné vers l’accueil des personnes âgées qui tente de mixer avec de l'hôtellerie. Néanmoins , Même si les chambres propose de beaux volumes le niveau de service n’est pas équivalent à l’hôtellerie traditionnelle. De plus l’établissement est loin du centre ville dans un quartier pas très bien fréquenté sans aucun commerce ou solution de restauration.

J’avais demandé confirmation pour arriver 21h et on m’avait bien confirmé cela. Mais en arrivant à cette heure là, personne pour m’ouvrir, pire une personne me disait de rentrer chez moi sinon elle appelait la police et me demandait de revenir le lendemain… sans se soucier de là où j’allais dormir. Aucun geste commercial fait par la suite.

Tres bel établissement, silencieux, beaucoup de confort dans les appartements et des équipements très appréciés par notre competiteur de karaté (raison de notre venue): piscine et salle de sport équipée . ATENTION Hotel.com a surbooke les réservations : nous avions demandé un appartement 2 chambres (pour notre fils de 13 ans et nous) et à notre arrivée il n'y en avait plus! Hotel.com avait été informé mais nous avaient rien dit!! Merci à la charmante personne à l'accueil qui s'est démenée pour nous trouver 2 appartements à côté sans supplément tarifaire.
